Join our small group class setting where we dive into Pilates sequences. This class is perfect for those seeking personalized attention in a supportive group environment with a strong emphasis on form and precision. We switch up sequences frequently to keep your practice engaging and effective.

1 Small Group Recommended 

This class changes from week to week. 50 minutes with special focus on specific muscle groups. Perfect for gaining muscle and toning.

TRX Reformer Combines suspension training and reformer Pilates. Each class is formulated with movement to target the entire body while focusing on proper alignment. 

Take a moment for yourself with our Rest and Restore class. This session focuses on deep stretching techniques performed on the reformer, allowing your body to release tension and find deep relaxation. Leave feeling rejuvenated and balanced.

Gentle Yoga: This is a great class for students looking for a more gentle experience, those who are new to yoga, or those who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level.  This class is for all levels, including those new to yoga, seniors, mommies-to-be, or anyone who could benefit from slowing down.

YIN Yoga class. You will  need to bring a yoga mat, 2 blocks, and blanket/towel to class with you. Class will feature longer holds in each pose, slightly active stretching focusing on loosening fascia. Class is perfect for those looking for a slower practice to deep stretch and turn inward (some yoga experience is helpful). 

Barre Fusion is a 60 minute workout inspired by the fluidity of ballet, the flexibility of yoga, and the core strengthening of Pilates–with no dance experience required! This low-impact workout combines light weights with other props to ensure you get a challenging workout every time! Our Barre workout is designed to lengthen and tone muscles by using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and repetitive sequencing guaranteed to pump up your heart rate!

This class combines Full body interval training and cardio bursts for a total body workout. This class is on the trampoline.

Flow with TRX! This class combines suspension training and yoga. TRX Stretch allows for deep stretching and balance conditioning.
